The quantum revolution that originated in research labs around the world is starting to make an impact in the commercial realm. While futuristic applications such as all-powerful quantum computers and the quantum internet may not be fully realized for another decade or so, companies are now beginning to translate this breakthrough science into market-ready solutions.
